Ingredients
- Pastina (tiny pasta)
- Broth (chicken or vegetable)
- Olive oil
- Garlic (minced)
- Carrot (diced)
- Celery (diced)
- Fresh parsley

Instructions
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion, carrot, and celery, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and sauté for another 1 minute.
4. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
5. Once boiling, add the pastina and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
