Instructions
1. Add pasta, water (or broth), olive oil, salt, and seasonings to the Instant Pot.
2. Stir to distribute ingredients evenly.
3. Close the lid, set the valve to “Sealing,” and cook on **High Pressure** for **4 minutes** (or half the box’s cooking time minus 1 minute).
4. Perform a **quick release**, stir, and check the pasta’s doneness.
5. Stir in marinara sauce and optional heavy cream.
6. Let sit for 2-3 minutes on “Keep Warm” mode to thicken.
7. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
