Ingredients
- 2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced)

- ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)

- 1 avocado (sliced)
- ¼ cup tortilla strips (optional)
- ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
- ½ lime (for squeezing)
- ¼ cup creamy cilantro dressing or salsa dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice into strips.
2. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
3. Top with grilled chicken, shredded cheese, tortilla strips, avocado slices, and cilantro.
4. Drizzle with lime juice and creamy cilantro dressing.
