Description

Premier Protein Pancake, a high-protein breakfast option, is fluffy, nutritious, and perfect for a healthy start to the day.


Ingredients

  •  1 Premier Protein shake (vanilla or preferred flavor)  
  •  1 cup oat flour  
  •  1 tsp baking powder  
  •  1 egg  
  •  1/2 tsp cinnamon  
  •  1/2 tsp vanilla extract  
  •  1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)  
  •  Cooking spray or butter for the pan  

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.  

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, then add Premier Protein shake and vanilla extract.  

3. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until smooth.  

4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.  

5. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form.  

6. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
