Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped

- 1 cup croutons

Instructions
- Preheat a grill or pan over medium heat.

- In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
