Description

Caesar salad with chicken is a classic dish made with crisp romaine, grilled chicken, Parmesan, croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing.

 


Ingredients

  •  2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts  
  •  1 tbsp olive oil  
  •  1 tsp garlic powder  
  •  ½ tsp salt  
  •  ½ tsp black pepper  
  •  1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped  
  •  ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded  
  •  1 cup croutons  
  •  ½ cup Caesar dressing  
  •  1 tbsp lemon juice  
  •  1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)  

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or pan over medium heat.  
  2. Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.  
  3.  Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.  
  4. In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.  
  5. Drizzle with Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce (if using).  
  6.  Add sliced grilled chicken on top and toss gently.  
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
