  1.  1 bag Taylor Farms salad mix (your choice)
  2.  1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  3.  1/4 cup shredded carrots
  4.  1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  5.  1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced
  6.  1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
  7.  1/4 cup roasted nuts or seeds
  8.  1/2 cup grilled chicken or tofu (optional)
  9.  2 tbsp olive oil
  10.  1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  11.  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Open the Taylor Farms salad mix and place it in a large bowl.

2. Add cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumbers, and red onions.

3. Sprinkle feta cheese and roasted nuts/seeds over the salad.
